Administrator/CEO - The three-member Ingham County Department of Human Service Board (DHSB) is seeking a facility administrator/ceo for the Ingham County Medical Care Facility (ICMCF).  The facility administrator/ceo is the chief operational officer and provides complex, skilled nursing services and rehabilitation to approximately 236 residents needing physical, occupational, and speech therapy.  The facility is funded by Medicaid, Medicare and other third-party payers.  Physician services are provided under contract with community-based physicians. The 2010 operating budget consists of revenue of $21,223,470 and expenses of $20,882,058; ICMCF does not receive county funds.  ICMCF has earned the 5-Star standard of care for the quality of care to its residents.
